What a day of thrills, chills, and plenty of giggles! This Halloween, Garderie Petit Baobab was transformed into a magical world of costumes, spooky decorations, and exciting activities that made for an unforgettable celebration. Our little ghosts, goblins, superheroes, and princesses enjoyed a day filled with Halloween magic, all while learning and playing in a safe, fun environment.
Halloween Costume Parade
The day began with our much-anticipated Halloween Costume Parade! The children strutted their stuff, showing off their fantastic costumes. From friendly monsters and adorable animals to brave superheroes and elegant fairies, each child had the chance to shine. It was a heartwarming experience to see everyone embrace the Halloween spirit with such enthusiasm!
Trick-or-Treat Adventure
Our little trick-or-treaters embarked on a mini Halloween adventure around the daycare, collecting treats (and a few tricks!) along the way. Staff members had transformed different areas into fun, themed stations where children could pick up goodies and enjoy spooky surprises. This experience allowed them to practice saying “trick or treat” and learn about sharing in a playful, engaging way.
Spooky Craft
In the Spooky Craft session, children worked together on decorating classroom doors to add a touch of Halloween magic to each room. From friendly ghosts to colorful pumpkins, each door became a creative masterpiece crafted with love and collaboration. The activity was a fantastic way for children to express their creativity, develop teamwork skills, and add a festive touch to their classroom.
Monster Mash Dance Party
Each class had its own unique Monster Mash Dance Party! With Halloween music filling the rooms, children danced, laughed, and showed off their best spooky moves. The joy and laughter shared during these dance parties made this a memorable Halloween!
