Recycling at our Centre
At Garderie Petit Baobab, we believe that little hands can make a big difference! Even at a young age, children are curious about the world around them and what better way to nurture that curiosity than by teaching them to care for our planet?
Through fun, hands-on activities, our little learners have been transforming everyday items like cardboard tubes, bottle caps, and paper scraps into colorful masterpieces. While they’re busy painting, gluing, and building, they’re also developing important motor, cognitive, and social skills. Most importantly, they’re discovering that taking care of the Earth can be both exciting and creative.
Imagine the pride on a child’s face when they realize their recycled sculpture isn’t just art it’s a way of showing love for the planet. That’s exactly what we see every day at GPB.
Tips for Parents to Try at Home:
– Recycled Art Challenge: Give your child a few items from the recycling bin and see what they can create.
